Custom Invoice and Admin Dashboard for mobilityforyou GmbH

The challenge

This project is a custom internal admin system built for mobilityforyou GmbH. It was designed to replace a manual invoice and give the business a more practical way to manage billing and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Before this system, invoicing was handled with a simple Word template. That worked for a while, but it was slow, repetitive, and not a good fit once the amount of admin work increased. The client needed a more structured internal system for creating invoices, managing recurring recipient data, tracking due payments, and keeping a better overview of costs and billing status.

The solution

I built a custom tailored to the client’s internal . The system includes invoice creation and editing, recipient management, reusable presets, reminders for due and overdue invoices, cost tracking, and summaries. Instead of relying on manual document editing, the client can now handle billing and related admin work in one place.

Result

300+invoices: created in under 60 minutes in total
Since 09/2023in production: live and actively used

The admin system replaced the previous Word-based invoice and improved speed significantly. It is live and actively used.
